Thank you for shopping at Paras Cloth House. This Delivery Information page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on:


1. Shipping Locations

We deliver across:

  • All states in India

  • All cities, towns, and villages serviced by courier partners

  • Remote locations covered based on availability

Currently, we do not ship internationally.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Haryana / Punjab / Delhi NCR: 2–4 days

  • North India: 3–6 days

  • West & Central India: 4–7 days

  • South & Northeast India: 5–9 days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen issues.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout.

  • Free Shipping may apply during promotions or on minimum order values.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges may apply based on courier policy.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp message with the tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment online through our courier partner’s tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact us.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the customer is:

  • Unavailable

  • Phone switched off

  • Provides incorrect address

…the order may be returned to the seller.

Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete address.

Paras Cloth House is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address

  • Lost packages caused by wrong address

  • Additional charges for re-shipping

Notify us immediately if you entered the wrong address during checkout.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product Delivered

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong product:

📌 Parcel opening video is mandatory
(from start to finish, without breaks)

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos & video proof

  • Description of the issue

We will review your case and arrange replacement/refund as per our Refund, Exchanges & Returns Policy.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes or government restrictions

  • Festive season load

We will assist you in tracking your order but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
