This Refund, Exchanges & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong Product Received

The item received is different from what was ordered.

✔ Defective or Damaged Product

The product is damaged, torn, stained, or defective at the time of delivery.

✔ Size Issue (Exchange Only)

If the size does not fit, we allow exchange only, not refund.

✔ Missing Items

If any item is missing from your package.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Saree fall-pico stitched products

  • Blouses & stitched items

  • Innerwear / leggings / nightwear

  • Sale/Discounted/Offer items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Clothes must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.


3. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for return/exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

  • Proof (images/video) must be provided within the allowed time

If any product is used or mishandled, the return/exchange request will be rejected.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Provide the following:

  1. Order ID

  2. Product name

  3. Reason for return

  4. Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item cases)

  5. Photos of the issue

Our team will review your request and update you within 24–48 hours.


5. Pickup & Shipping for Returns

✔ If the mistake is from our side

(wrong item, damaged item)
We will arrange free reverse pickup.

✔ If requesting size exchange or return due to preference

Customer must ship the product back to us at their own cost.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged on arrival

  • Product not available for replacement

✔ Refund Mode:

Refunds will be credited to your:

  • Bank Account

  • UPI

  • Original Payment Method

Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 business days after quality check of returned product.

❌ No Refund For:

  • Size issues (exchange only)

  • Change of mind

  • If customer refuses delivery after shipping

  • Non-returnable items (listed above)


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Color variation issues (minor variations due to camera/screen not eligible)

Exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Customer refusing delivery will not be eligible for refund.


9. Important Notes

  • Mandatory parcel opening video is required for damage or wrong item claims.

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting/camera, which does not qualify for return.

  • If the customer sends back used, washed, or damaged items, the request will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
